1. Membership Overview
Good Company is a complimentary community membership program operated by JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai ("the Hotel"), located at Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By registering for Good Company, you ("the Member") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- Membership is open to all UAE residents aged 18 years and above.
- A valid Emirates ID is required for membership activation and use of benefits.
- Membership is individual and non-transferable.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
3. Membership Benefits
Members are entitled to a 55% discount across the following:
- Dining at selected restaurants within the hotel (excludes VNTG and Prime68)
- Saray Spa & wellness experiences
- Fitness at BodyBase Reformer & Club Marquis
- Preferred room rates (subject to availability)
- Meeting and event space bookings
- Long-term parking
Specific terms, blackout dates, and exclusions may apply to individual outlets and services. The Hotel reserves the right to modify the list of participating outlets at any time.
4. Validity
- The membership and its associated benefits are valid until 1 April 2027 unless otherwise communicated.
- The Hotel reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the program at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
5. Usage
- The Member must present a valid digital membership card along with a valid Emirates ID at the time of use.
- Discounts are applied to the Member only and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or loyalty programs unless explicitly stated.
- The discount applies to the total bill before taxes and service charges.
- Membership benefits are for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.
- F&B discount applies for cardholder plus up to three guests.
- Parking, Spa, Club Marquis and BodyBase discount applies to cardholder only.
6. Membership Card
- Each Member will receive a unique membership code and a digital wallet pass.
- The Member is responsible for safeguarding their membership credentials.
- Any issues with your digital card should be reported immediately. The Hotel will assist with reissuing access at its discretion.
7. Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering the membership program.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the membership, including but not limited to service interruptions, changes to participating outlets, or system errors.
9. Termination
- The Hotel may suspend or terminate a membership if the Member violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
- Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time by contacting the Hotel.
10. Amendments
The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or through the Good Company website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
